Before adding fish
This 13L aquarium is below the RSPCA’s general recommended minimum aquarium size of about 40 litres and is not suitable as a permanent goldfish home. Get species-specific advice from an aquatic specialist before choosing livestock. Read the RSPCA aquarium guidance.
The filter does not make the tank maintenance-free. Establish the biological filter before adding fish, test water quality and carry out regular partial water changes. Follow the supplied setup and electrical instructions.
